Dunlee and AllParts Medical have consolidated their U.S. Customer Service and Sales organizations in order to provide you with more convenience and a higher level of personalized attention. This transition is part of a continuing partnership of customer-facing functions that began in 2015 when the sales management teams of Dunlee and AllParts were successfully combined.

Customer FAQs

  • Can I order CT tubes through AllParts Medical with my Dunlee customer number?
    • No. AllParts Medical will assign a new customer account in the event you do not already have one.
  • If I am a Dunlee customer and don’t have an AllParts customer number, what do I need to do?
    • All Parts will automatically set up a new account. A credit application will need to be completed.
  • If I am a customer outside the United States, what do I need to do?
    • This change does not impact customers outside the United States and Canada.
  • If I am shipping to another country using a freight forwarder in the US, what do I need to do?
    • It is based on where the bill to is located. USA and Canada bill tos will be shipped out of AllParts. Outside of USA and Canada bill tos will be shipped out of Dunlee.
  • Will my line of credit be transferred to AllParts Medical?
    • No. You will need to establish or utilize your credit line with AllParts Medical by completing a credit application.
  • Will my accounts payable balance be transferred from Dunlee to AllParts Medical?
    • No. All existing balances with Dunlee will need to be settled with Dunlee according to payment terms.
  • What number do I call to receive quotations or to order CT tubes in the USA and Canada?
    • Please call +1 866.507.4793. The former number +1 800.238.3780 option 1 will forward to AllParts Medical customer service beginning June 1st.
  • To what email should I send requests for quotations, order or shipping status for orders in the USA or Canada?
    • Please send your inquiries to apmsales@philips.com.
  • To what email should I send requests for quotations, order or shipping status for orders OUTSIDE of USA and Canada?

  • Dunlee owes me a credit once I return the CT housing. From whom will I get a credit?
    • All warranty credits will be issued by APM
  • What will be the RMA process after June 1st, 2017?
    • Please contact AllParts Medical for an RMA number.
  • To what address do I return CT tubes after June 1st?
    • Please continue to send them to Dunlee at: 555 N. Commerce, Aurora, IL 60504
  • Will my Glassware Solutions contract be assigned to AllParts Medical?
    • Yes, beginning in July 2017, you will begin to receive invoices from AllParts Medical. Invoices through June 2017 should be paid to Dunlee.
  • Will Dunlee’s forward stocking locations that my business relies on still be in place?
    • Yes!
